AGGREGATE MODULE:
• Supply of one New Aggregate Tail Gate Spreader Box
Standard Paintwork is Highway Yellow. Unit weight is 330kg.

MODULE SPECIFICATIONS:
• Tipper Body Mounting Brackets.
• Eight independent door openings of approximately 332mm width with individual electric over air actuators to open and close doors to pre-set openings for various grades of material.
• Patented 6,800Nm Electric Linear Actuator, 12VDC or 24VDC, providing controlled gate-opening adjustment settings from Cab.
• In Cab Control by the Driver to increase gate opening during the run, if required with Digital Indicator of Gate Opening Position. Adjustable Gate Openings from 0 to 90mm.
• Remote Electric over Pneumatic Control with Integral Air Receiver with Filter, Regulator and Drain Valve. Control of 8 individual gates by an External Operator with Hand Held Remote Control. Gates can be opened and closed from the Cab in any configuration. Individual Gate Adjustment Bolts are fitted.
• The Body of the MBE Spreader is manufactured from Laser Cut 4mm Mild Steel Sections with tongue and groove position welded construction, insuring uniform dimensions and fit. The Gates are of MBE Curved Pivot Design with all pivot points fitted with grease nipples for trouble free operation. This design eliminates the problems of the previous sliding gate designs which were prone to jamming.
• An aggregate dribble guard of swing away design is fitted to avoid spillage of material while travelling and is fitted with a manual lock.
• The unit is fitted with 4 adjustable RHS legs for floor mounting when detached from the Tipper Body.
